Orders & Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp with full details: items, quantities, delivery or pickup date, and delivery address if applicable. An order is only considered confirmed once both the details and payment are finalised.
Customisation
Custom cake cups, cookie boxes, and event sets are subject to availability and require advance notice. We recommend at least [2–3 days] for standard custom orders and [7+ days] for larger events or bulk orders.
Pricing & Payment
Prices vary depending on flavour, quantity, and customisation. Final pricing is confirmed before payment. Payment is made via a secure payment link shared on WhatsApp — Treats by Luna does not collect or store card details directly.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations made at least [48 hours] before the confirmed delivery or pickup date may be eligible for a [full/partial] refund. Changes to a confirmed order cannot always be guaranteed, especially for custom designs already in preparation.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available across the UAE; fees vary by emirate and are confirmed at the time of order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic or weather. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact number.
Allergens & Ingredients
Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering.
Product Appearance
Photos shown on our website and social media are for illustration. As each item is handcrafted, slight variations in appearance are normal and do not affect quality.
Liability
Treats by Luna's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
