Final Sale Policy
As a policy, all baked goods ordered from Treats by Luna are considered a final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any order. Every item is freshly handcrafted to order and cannot be restocked or resold.
Delivery Delays
Treats by Luna does not offer refunds for delays caused by our delivery partners due to weather conditions, mechanical errors, strikes, natural disasters, inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer, mistakes on the part of our delivery services, or similar circumstances beyond our control.
We always aim to communicate proactively if we anticipate any delays with your order.
Order Issues
In the instance that you experience an issue with your order — such as an incorrect item, damage during delivery, or a quality concern — please contact our team as soon as possible. Each situation is handled individually and with care.
We are committed to making things right where we are responsible.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your requested delivery date. Cancellations requested after this window cannot be accepted as preparation will have begun.
